Shipping Policies and Information
Please be advised that Casa Cassara Winery & Vineyard will occasionally hold a wine order during severe hot or cold weather to avoid the possibility of damage to your wine shipment. Rushed and overnight wine shipments are available at a significantly higher cost than what is shown on our website. Please phone the Tasting Room for details at (805) 688-8691.
We make every effort to ship out of state wine orders from our Tasting Rooms on Mondays Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. California orders may ship on Thursdays and Saturday delivery may be requested.
Casa Cassara Winery and Vineyard uses a 3rd party to pack and ship your wines to you, the shipper will choose from UPS, FedEX and GSO to ship depending on what is best for your location. GSO is overnight shipping, FedEx and UPS are 2-3 days depending on the destination.
Casa Cassara Winery & Vineyard reserves the right to adjust shipping charges when absolutely necessary.
By law, all wine shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. No signature waiver is legally available for alcohol shipments to any wine recipient, in any state, at any time. If no one is available at your delivery address to sign for shipment during the day, please provide the delivery address of your place of business or a friend, family member, or neighbor who stays home during the day. If your wine shipment is returned to Casa Cassara Winery & Vineyard with no recipient available to sign at delivery, we will contact you to reship which will require additional freight charges. Freight on returned and cancelled orders is non-refundable.
