2013 Sangiovese


Dan has always wanted to get back to his roots and make a Sangiovese, so here it is. The fruit for this wine  was hand picked at Estelle Vineyards in Santa Ynez, table sorted and aged in twice used French Oak Barrels. You may find a scent  of BBQ Baby Back Ribs and or hints of Tobacco and Oregano on the nose. When presented to your taste buds look for tart cherry, plum and a slight taste of fig.


Cost: $ 32.00 each, $ 345.60 per case of 12
